The Supreme Court of the European country of Poland has expressed its concerns about the recently proposed judicial reforms of the government.

The court has warned the Polish government of serious consequences. It said if the proposal was implemented the country would have to leave the European Union.

Meanwhile, the Polish government has dismissed the concerns raised by the top court of the country. It said the country’s judicial system had not yet recovered fully from its communist hangover.

The polish government has justified the proposed judicial reforms as an effort to help the judicial system to recover completely from its communist hangover.

The European country of Poland was under the clutches of communism for several years in the past.

The present government is of the opinion that the country has not yet recovered fully from the clutches of the communist hangover.

The EU has not yet responded to the issue. No European superpower has commented on the issue either.

The confrontation between the Polish government and its judicial system is not a new thing. Since the induction of the present government, it is in a bad relation with the country’s judicial system.

The new proposal allows the government to push with serious punishment including dismissal those judges who, the government thinks, intervenes in the politics of the country.

International Relations News

The European country of Russia and the communist country of China have asked the United Nations to free the iron curtain country of North Korea from the clutches of economic sanctions.

All talks, conducted so far between the US and North Korea to bring peace to the Korean peninsula, have gone unsuccessful.

Russia and China are close partners of North Korea. They always stand with their all-time partner.

The International sanctions make it difficult for Beijing and Moscow to support Pyongyang – which is at present under a severe economic crisis.

Though China and Russia demand a complete removal of sanctions, if the UN gives a slight relaxation to North Korean’s coal, iron, iron ore and textile exports, they may agree without pushing anything further.

North Korea recently upgraded its nuclear capacity further. It asked the US to come up with a feasible agreement within this year.

Actually, Russia and Chine present the new demand as a humanitarian concern. The demand is presented as an effort to improve the standard of living of the people of the iron curtain country of North Korea.

It is yet to see whether the issue will be viewed though humanitarian angle or through security angle by the United Nations – more accurately, the other core members of the UN.

“COME, balmy Sleep! tired nature’s soft resort!
On these sad temples all thy poppies shed;
And bid day dreams, from Morpheus’ airy court,
Float in light vision around my aching head!
Secure all thy blessings, partial Power!
On his hard bed the peasant throws him down;
And the poor sea-boy, in the rudest hour,
Enjoys thee more than he who wears a crown.
Clasp’d in her faithful shepherd’s guardian arms,
Well may the village girl sweet slumbers prove;
And they, O gentle Sleep! still taste thy charms ,
Who wake to labour, liberty, and love.
But still thy opiate aid dost thou deny
To calm the anxious breast; to close the streaming eye.” – Charlotte Turner Smith

Beautiful is her construction; thoughtful is her lines. Romantic poet Charlottee is nothing less than a legend. No poet conveys emotions better than this beautiful lady.

Her lines have soul; her lines speak to heart directly. There is no place for confusion in her poems. Her poems deliver exactly what they are supposed to convey.

Her poems care little to restrictions. They cannot be confined inside any boundary. They are free.

The freedom her poems enjoy is what that gives wings to them. They fly high. From them, even sky is not a limit.

Let’s take a minute to remember this legend poet.
