German police have shut down one of the major illegal websites of online market. The police have arrested 3 men on this case, who were illegally running this ‘dark web’.

The website named ‘Wall Street Market’ (WSM) was dealing with the trade in cocaine, heroin, cannabis and amphetamines as well as stolen data, fake documents and malicious software.

Over 5,000 registered sellers and more than 60,000 sales offers were found on the website platform with more than 1m customer accounts.

US prosecutors said, “WSM operated like a conventional e-commerce website, such as eBay and Amazon. However, its sole existence was geared to the trafficking of contraband”.

In the May Day demonstrations in Paris, the French police have fired tear gas on masked protesters. The clash caused several damages like burning bins, smashing property and hurling projectiles in the rally.

The shop windows were ruined and some threw projectiles at the officers deployed, who were a number of more than 7,000. Around 380 were arrested by the police. The police were forced to use the tear gas and water cannon at the protesters.

Police said that several people were lightly wounded. As per reports, around 38 people, including 14 officers were wounded. The hard-left CGT union, in a statement said, “This current scenario, scandalous and unprecedented, is unacceptable in our democracy”.

Borce Ristevski (55) is sentenced to jail for nine years for killing his wife Karen Ristevski (27). The murder occurred at the couple’s home in Melbourne’s north-west, on the morning of June 29, 2016.

Ristevski never explained how he killed his wife despite pleading guilty to manslaughter last month. It has been reported that, after killing his wife, Ristevski put her body in the boot of his car and went to Mount Macedon. He hid the body in a nature reserve under logs, branches and foliage.

Ristevski said to the police that he had an argument with his wife about money and later on she went for a walk on the day she went missing. The Police identified Borce Ristevski as a suspect early on.

At the time of sentencing, Justice Christopher Beale condemned Ristevski for playing “the part of the innocent grieving widower”. He told to the Supreme Court of Victoria, “The pretence, the rank deceit only ended a few weeks ago when you pleaded guilty to manslaughter”.

The Romanian police are on massive search along the country’s Black Sea coast after 130kg (286lb) of cocaine was found washed ashore. A large group containing around 300 officers and 14 coastguard ships are patrolling the coastline after finding packets of cocaine along several parts of the seashore.

Police warned the public not to open the packets of narcotics if found. The drug thus found are said to be dangerous to the human health. As per police reports, the cocaine is worth hundreds of millions of euros. The police had arrested two Serbian men in connection with the case. Prosecutors said that the cocaine’s purity is 90%.

The packets are expected to be a part of a cargo of an estimated tonne of cocaine that was present in a deserted ship over two weeks in the past.

The natives who found these packets of cocaine are found to be using these. Police spokesman Georgian Dragan warned the people not to use these drug as it may cause sever damage to health. “These medicine have a excessive focus, greater than 90%, and will pose a menace to life”, he said.

Los Angeles rapper Nipsey Hussle (33) has been shot dead in L.A. Reports said that the incident happened outside his clothing shop.

Police reported that he was found shot multiple times. Hussle‘s death was confirmed by the hospital to which he had been taken soon after the incident. Two other men were also found wounded during the incident, among which one was treated in the hospital and the other man declined the treatment, says the L.A Police.

The news of his death was confirmed to the public on Sunday night by the Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti’s Crisis Response Team. They said, “Today we lost a great musician, Nipsey Hussle.” It said it was “consoling and offering support to the family.”

The police could not find the reason for shooting, but it was reported that Hussle, whose real name was Ermias Ashgedom, had tweeted, “Having strong enemies is a blessing”.

Nipsey Hussle’s album Victory Lap had received a nomination for best rap album at this year’s Grammy Awards.

L.A police said, “We have no suspect info at this time and will provide more details as they become available”.

Main accused of New Zealand mosque shootings, was charged with murder. The dreadful murder killed 49, and many are injured. This had prompted the Prime Minister to vow reform of the country’s gun laws.

Brenton Harrison Tarrant (28), an Australian citizen had dreadfully fired at the people at a Mosque in Christchurch, New Zealand on Friday and had shared the live video of the mass killing shot with a helmet camera, as per reports. The video had gone viral on social medias.

The video showed a man driving into the mosque in a car, entering the mosque with a gun and shooting randomly at the worshipers inside. The video showed the man repeatedly firing at the victims to ensure their death. Though, the authenticity of the video was not confirmed. It was considered as the ‘Black day of New Zealand’.

Brenton had appeared in a Christchurch District Court on Saturday and was remanded without a plea until his next scheduled appearance in the South Island city’s High Court on April 5.

Mass shooting at two mosques in the New Zealand city of Christchurch on Friday. A single gunman opened fire on the worshipers. It is reported that forty people are dead, and 20 are seriously wounded.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said, ” This is one of New Zealand’s darkest days”. “Clearly what has happened here is an extraordinary and unprecedented act of violence”.

According to the witnesses, a man dressed in a military-style, camouflage outfit, and carrying an automatic rifle had started randomly shooting people in the Al Noor mosque. As per reuters, the Bangladesh cricket team was arriving for prayers when the shooting occurred but all members were safe.

The attacker had posted 87-page “anti-immigrant, anti-Muslim” manifesto. It is reported that three men and one woman had been arrested by the police in connection with the attack.

The police had warned the residents and the people to stay at the current places and not to get down into the streets due to security reasons.

The North’s Public Prosecution Service (PPS) announced in Derry that One former British soldier is to be charged over the 1972 Bloody Sunday killings.

Soldier F is to be prosecuted for the murder of James Wray and William McKinney. He is also accused for the attempted murders of Joseph Friel, Michael Quinn, Joe Mahon and Patrick O’Donnell.

On 30 January 1972, thirteen people were shot dead at a civil rights. There was insufficient evidence to prosecute 16 other soldiers and two Official IRA men, says the PPS.

He was “very saddened for the other families” of those killed on Bloody Sunday, said Liam, James Wray’s brother.

Mehdi Nemmouche (33), a French citizen who shoot and killed four people in a Jewish museum in 2014, was sentenced to life in jail on Monday. He had used a Kalashnikov assault rifle and a handgun to fire at Brussels’ Jewish Museum.

Three of the victims were immediately dead at the spot and one died at the hospital. The prosecutors marked him a “coward” and a “psychopath”. At the court, Nemmouche said “life goes on”, in his last words to the jury. Nemmouche is a French-born jihadist. He had spent an year fighting in Syria for the Islamic State (IS) group.

Nacer Bendrer, a man who helped in planning the attack was sentenced to 15 years in prison. It is reported that this man had provided the weapons for the attack.

A Supreme Court Judge named Jaime Eduardo Escalante Diaz (51) was temporarily removed from his post pending a trial after he was accused of sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl, reported reuters. El Salvador’s Congress voting was held on Monday night.

Patricia Valdivieso, a lawmaker with the conservative Nationalist Republican Alliance (ARENA) said “An important precedent is being set to prevent this type of event from repeating, especially with regard to officials with such a high position”.

The accused Escalante Diaz has served for more than two decades on the 14-member court. He has been accused of sexually abusing a 10 year old girl on February 18, and then fleeing after he was surprised by neighbours and the girl’s mother.

During the congressional session on Monday, the judge did not speak on his own behalf. His lawyer, Ana Concepcion Urias, would only say that he did not object to the process. If the accused is convicted, he will be sentenced to prison for about eight to twelve years.
