And the curtain falls to the biggest event; Sara Damnjanovic crowned as the Mahindra and Manappuram Miss Asia Global 2019

Sara Damnjanovic, from Serbia, has been selected for the Miss Asia Global title – the title awarded to the winner from the Asian region – and Nguyen Thi Yen Trang (Vietnam) the Miss Asia title – the title awarded to the winner from the rest of the world – in the fifth edition of Mahindra And Manappuram Miss Asia Global, organised in Gokulam Convention Centre, Kochi.

The chief guest of the event has been YB Yeoh Soon Hin, the tourism minister of Penang, Malaysia.

Ms. Nguyen, the Miss Asia 2019, has been crowned by Honey Tianmia, who is the Miss Asia 2017. Ms. Sara, the Miss Asia Global 2019, has been felicitated by Assem Yessengeldiyeva, who is the Miss Asia Global 2018.  

Leeseul Kim (Korea) and Jeanfer Ozbot (Philippines) have been awarded the Miss Asia Global first and Miss Asia Global second runner up titles respectively. The first runner up has been crowned by V P Nandakumar, the MD and CEO of Manappuram Finance Ltd, and the second runner up by Suresh Kumar E S, the Regional Sales Manager of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. 

Mahindra and Manappuram Finance are the main partners of the event, in which around 24 beauties from around the world have contested. And, DQ watches, Sera, SAJ Earth Resorts and T Shine are the powered by partners.

The grooming session of the program commenced on 25 th October at Saj Earth Resort, Ernakulam. It was handled by eminent personalities from the modelling and fashion sector. 

The national costume round, black cocktail round and the white gown round have been the three main rounds in the program.

The judging panel of the event has been led by certain acclaimed personalities from the beauty and fashion sectors, such as Christine Huang, Hari Anand, Alice Lee Chan, Rajeev Pillai and Rita Martin.

The winners have been crowned with the golden crowns designed by Parakkat Jewellers.

Dr. Ajit Ravi, the Founder Chairman of the Miss Asia Global, said that the event was conducted to showcase the rich culture of the country and to promote its tourism sector.

Apart from the winners, the judging panel has also selected the sub-title winners.

India Selected Their Beauty Queen !

The beauty queen of India – The ‘Miss Queen of India 2019’ who represents India in the International fashion pageants ‘Miss Asia Global’ and ‘Miss Glam World’ was crowned today. Ms. Tanya Sinha was crowned today as ‘
Miss Queen of India 2019. The pageant took place today at Saj Earth Resorts, Cochin, India at local time 6:30 pm. Manappuram Finance Limited is the prime partner of the event.

The grooming session of the beauty contest, which had three prime rounds such as designer saree, black cocktail and red gown rounds, was commenced at SAJ Earth Resort & convention centre, Kochi.

The session, which were handled by prominent personalities in the modelling sector, and which aims to impart knowledge in yoga, meditation, personality development, beauty care, catwalk, photo shoot and talent search to the contestants, helped the ladies to gain more confidence.

Eminent personalities from the film and fashion sectors were present in the judging panel of the event for judging and guiding the contestants.

Miss Glam World 2019 Crown Goes to Ms. Rachel Leigh Stacy from USA

Finally, the Sparkling crown of Miss Glam World 2019 fits on the head of Ms. Rachel Leigh Stacy, from USA. Miss Glam World 2019, the prestigious event was presented by Manappuram Finance Ltd and Mahindra, and organised by Pegasus, at Gokulam Convention Centre, India, Kerala.

Ms. Reshma RK Nambiar from India and Ms. Daria Shapovalova from Tatarstan were the first and second runners up respectively. Previous year winner Ms. Estefania Chavez Garcia crowned the Miss Glam World 2019 winner. Mr. V P Nandakumar, MD & CEO of Manappuram Finance Ltd and Mr. Suresh Kumar, Regional Sales Manager Mahindra and Mahindra crowned the first and second runners up.

Manappuram Finance Limited and Mahindra are the prime partners of the event in which 37 beautiful ladies from different countries of the world competed for the title. Saj Earth Resorts & Convention center, Medimix and DQUE Watches are the powered by partners of the event.

The grooming session for this competition had the prime rounds such as National costume round, Red cocktail round and White gown round,and was commenced from April 20th in SAJ Earth Resort & convention centre, Kochi. The session, which was handled by prominent personalities in the modelling sector, and which aimed to impart knowledge in yoga, meditation, personality development, beauty care, catwalk, photo shoot and talent search to the contestants, helped the ladies to gain more confidence.

All Eyes To Miss Glam World 2019 !

Miss Glam World, one of the Finest beauty pageant from the house of Pegasus, to find the most beautiful and talented woman from the world, will be taking place in India tomorrow! The event will be starting at Indian time 6:00 pm at Gokulam Convention Centre, Cochin, Kerala.

Manappuram Finance Limited and Mahindra are the prime partners of the event in which 38 beautiful ladies from different countries of the world are competing for the title.

The aim of the pageant is to bring out and appreciate the genuine beauty and inherent talents of young Women. Miss Glam World along with Miss South India, Mrs South India, Miss Queen of India, Miss Asia and Miss Asia Global are also conducted by Pegasus and are the only beauty pageants in the country which does not judge a women’s beauty with a bikini round, said Dr. Ajit Ravi, Chairman of Pegasus.
