German authorities are investigating a suspected arson attack at a construction site outside the Munich headquarters of defence technology company Rohde & Schwarz. Police arrested a 28-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man, both Bulgarian, who are suspected of throwing incendiary devices. The fire caused no significant damage and no injuries were reported. The incident
