The trial in the infamous synagogue attack case has begun in the European country of Germany. Around two people were killed in the horrifying act.

The attack took place on 9th October 2019. It was the holiest day of the Jewish year.

As per the version of police, he was inspired by anti-Semitism and xenophobia. He acted alone, according to the police. They said that he was radicalized through internet.

The case was shocking in nature. It sent shockwaves across the country.

Many German politicians came out strongly against the attack.

Notably, the attacker had a clear political motive. He wanted his attack to inspire a certain section of German people to take up arms against the Jewish community of the country.

It remains unclear how the trial will be handled. The lawyer of the attacker earlier said that there was no point in denying the action.

The Middle East country of Iran has given back the black box of a Ukrainian plane downed accidently in early this year as Tehran mistakenly identified the plan as a missile.

The incident happened at the time the rivalry between Tehran and Washington was at its peak. Initially, Iran denied any involvement in the attack. Later, when the western intelligence agencies confronted the country with undeniable evidences suggesting the involvement of the country in the crime, Iran admitted the wrong doing and apologized publicly describing it as an unforgivable mistake.

As many as 176 persons was killed in the accident. The fight was travelling to the European country of Ukraine. The incident happened shorty after the take off of the flight.

The black box may help to determine the actual cause of the attack.

The accident has tainted the image of the Middle East country of Iran badly. It has deteriorated the relation between the west and Iran.

In a sense, it has helped the United States to push through its strategy of isolating Iran.

The incident has weakened the strength of Iran considerably.

The latest develop will reopen the discussion around the tropic – which is hiding in the pit of history.

Yves Rausch, who is popularly known as “Rambo”, has been booked by German police. The arrest has happened after a five-day manhunt.

He was hiding in the Black Forest. He recently attacked a group of policemen and snatched their weapons from them.

The weapons, which was snatched from the police officials, have been seized during the operation. Mr. Rausch has suffered a minor injury during the operation. Few police personals have also been injured.

Notably, the operation has been carried out by a huge team comprising of as many as 2,530 police or security personals.

Mr. Rausch has a criminal record. At this moment, it remains unclear whether he has any mental health issue.

A family member of the arrested man has said that he was recently vacated from his rented home. The member has added that he created a temporally home in the forest as he loved to live with nature.

The mayor of the region has appreciated those who have successfully completed the mission. He has also expressed his happiness and relief in the arrest of the man, nicknamed as “Rambo”.

“Rambo” is a popular war film. In the film, its central character is an aggressive fighter who knows the secret of nature.

A German court has observed that the authorities had too much access to the internet and mobile phone date of people.

The court has ordered the authority to develop a new law to protect the internet privacy of people.

Traditionally, Germans are very vigilant about their privacy laws. They never tolerate any kind of intrusion into their privacy matters.

They fought and dismissed the authoritarian politics of both the Nazi Germany and the post-World War Two East Germany, on this ground.

The latest directive of the court is serious in nature. It is expected to open up a serious debate on this matter.

The country has so far witnessed several movements demanding the protection of the mobile phone and internet date of people.

The court’s observation is expected to pave way for the emergence of a new political movement, which can force the country to introduce a strong law to protect the internet privacy of people.

It is high time to launch a global movement to protect the digital privacy of people. In most countries, the right to digital privacy is still in a primitive stage.

Let’s embrace the right to digital privacy together. Hope that the United Nations will take up the matter seriously.

The post-Covid stimulus package is a very controversial one. The member countries of the European Union have mixed opinions in this matter. Primely, there are two groups. One of them is led by the affected countries like Italy and Spain, and the other is led by certain conservative countries such as Hungary and the Netherlands. The affected faction wants the entire European Union to take the burden of the package. The conservative one is against that idea and wants the beneficiaries to repay the payment once things become stable.

This is the first time since the outbreak of Covid-19 the leaders have decided to meet in person.

Some top leaders have hinted that the proposed meeting would be very crucial for the fate of the package and for the future of the economic union – which is the most powerful economic union in the world.

The death of a delivery driver has created a serious political uproar in the European country of France. The death is similar to the one happened in the North American country of the United States of America in connection with the death of a black man.

Like what happened in the US, this French man has also been chocked to death by the police. He has also cried several times for help. His loud cry has also gone unheard.

As many as three police personals have been booked in connection with the case. They have been charged with manslaughter.  

Meanwhile, the family members of the deceased man have expressed their unhappiness about the way the case was being handled by the police. They have demanded more serious charges against the accused police officials.

It seems that the incident may prompt the country to review the working style of the police department.

A huge demonstration has been organised in the capital of Azerbaijan by people, shortly after a violent border clash emerged between the country and its unfriendly neighbour, Armenia.

Tens of thousands of people have participated in the demonstration organised at the capital demanding war.

As many as sixteen people has lost their lives in the clash happened in the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Azerbaijan and Armenia were the members of erstwhile Soviet Union. Post the disintegration of the union, it emerged as two independent countries.

There is an unresolved border issue between these countries. Nagorno-Karabakh is the disputed territory.    

The UN recognizes Azerbaijan’s claim for the territory. But, the region is at present controlled by ethnic Armenians.

The protest demanding war has turned violent. The protesters have even entered the Azerbaijan parliament.

The authority has used force to disperse the protesters.

The latest development may push the country to a serious political crisis.  

The protest, which has been organised at the time the world was struggling due to a serious disease outbreak, has left the country in dismay.

A middle-aged woman has been killed and two other ladies injured in a series of stabbing attacks which has taken place in the European country of Norway.

The first incident of stabbing was reported from the Norwegian city of Sarpsborg. The second and third were reported from the same location.

The police alerted the locals as soon as they were informed about the incident.

A 31 year old man, who is a citizen of Norway, has been booked in connection with the attacks. The police are verifying whether the person has any serious mental issues. As per a preliminary report, the culprit is a person who has a bad criminal history.

It is learned that the accused had a relationship with at least two of the three women who suffered his stabs.

What makes the case complicated is that the woman who was killed by the man had no relationship with the man.

The condition of one of the two injured women is serious. The condition of the other is not too severe and is recovering.  

This case is one of the most heinous crimes reported from the region in the recent history.

Norway is not a crime prone region. It is very peaceful, compared to other countries located in this part of the world.

The report implies that almost every country may see their population reduced in the near future.

Generally, fertility rate means the average number of children a woman gives birth to. The fall in the rate means the average number of children a woman gives birth to is falling.

Notably, if the rate comes down below the point of 2.1, then the size of the population starts to fall.

In the year 1950, the average number of children a woman gives birth to was 4.7. Since then the rate has been consistently falling due to various reasons.

The Court of Arbitration of Sports has overturned the ban imposed on Manchester City by the UEFA, and reduced the file imposed on the club by the football organisation from the sum of 30m euros to the sum of 10m euros.

The two-year ban was originally imposed few months ago after the irregularities committed by the club had been exposed.   

The latest verdict does not abdicate the club of all charges levelled against it by the UEFA. Meanwhile, it does settle the case in a manner which is acceptable to both the parties – the club and the UEFA.

The club has done its best to portray the latest verdict as the victory of the position it has been maintaining since the origin of the financial irregularity allegation.

The attempt has somewhat succeeded in providing the club the desired result.

Manchester City is a popular club. It has contributed several talented players to the world of sports.

It is hoped that the club will not fall under the clutches of such an allegation in the future.
