Nupal Ayurveda has created history by becoming the first company from Kerala to receive the prestigious AYUSH Quality Mark certification. The recognition was conferred at a grand ceremony in Nagpur on September 23, 2026, as part of the Ayurveda Day 2026 celebrations, presided over by Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Prataprao Jadhav. Nupal Ayurveda is among the first three companies in India to receive this distinction.

Instituted by the Ministry of AYUSH in collaboration with the AYUSH Export Promotion Council (AYUSHEXCIL), the AYUSH Quality Mark promotes quality assurance and globally recognised standards for AYUSH products and services. The certification reflects the company’s commitment to quality, safety, standardisation and excellence in Ayurveda.

Around 12 Nupal Ayurveda products, including its globally acclaimed Kamilari, have received the prestigious certification. Representing the company, Chairman P. Krishnakumar, Sreekala Krishnakumar and Richie Padmanabha Roy jointly received the certificate. The achievement marks a proud milestone for Nupal Ayurveda and highlights Kerala’s rich Ayurvedic heritage and commitment to internationally recognised quality standards.
