
Kochi witnessed a glittering celebration of beauty and culture as Melissa Ayanda Moyani from South Africa was crowned Miss Glam World Africa 2025 at the grand finale held on July 17th at the Gokulam Park Convention Centre. The event, produced with trademark finesse by Pegasus Global Pvt Ltd under the visionary leadership of its founder Dr Ajit Ravi, brought together contestants from across the globe to celebrate elegance, confidence, and cultural diversity on one of the world’s most prestigious beauty platforms. Debasmita, a celebrated model and pageantry winner, crowned Melissa, adding a heartfelt moment of legacy and inspiration to the ceremony.

The esteemed judging panel included Dr G D Singh (Founder & Managing Director, Unified Brainz Group Holdings Inc.), pageant icon Debasmita, international model and mentor Marcia Leonar Brito Machado Marques, Dr Fong Toh Jeng (CEO and Founder, UR Klinik), and TangLe Hsu (Mrs Glam World Asia 2024). Their collective expertise ensured that every decision reflected excellence and integrity. Winners of various subtitle categories were chosen by a distinguished group of evaluators, adding layers of recognition to the participants’ talents and personas.

Adding a royal touch to the ceremony, the intricately designed golden crown, presented to the winners, was crafted by renowned jeweller Preethi Parakkat of Parakkat Jewels. The event further solidified Miss Glam World’s global reputation as a platform that empowers women while highlighting tradition, glamour, and innovation in pageantry.
