During the Trump regime, the bilateral relationship between the Europe and the United States of America touched its lowest point.

Donald Trump led the US out of the Paris Climate Treaty. He even pushed the country away from the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation.

The political transformation in the US has overturned the situation. Joe Biden, the new President of the United States of America, has led the country back to the Paris Climate Treaty, which attempts to reduce the concentration of green house gases in the atmosphere.

It is said that the new regime in the US is also trying to strengthen its commitment towards the NATO.

What the development indicates is that what is coming is a glorious period of the US-Europe relation.

It is clear that the US does not afford a strained relation with the Europe, especially when the Asian country of China is aggressively trying to increase its influence over the continent.

As against the expectation, the new US regime has heightened the conflict with China. The US has recently criticised China in connection with the South China Sea issue.

The development indicates that the US does not want the Europe to open a cordial relation with China, and it does not want Beijing to replace Washington in the Europe.

The Asian country of China has decided not to encourage Hong Kong citizens to travel with British Overseas Citizenship passports.

The BOC passports, as per the latest policy of China, can no longer be presented as an identification document.

The policy has come shorty after the United Kingdom announced its decision to open its doors for its overseas citizens in Hong Kong.

It was the Chinese crackdown on democratic activists in Hong Kong that forced the European superpower to come to the protection of its overseas citizens in the disputed region.

Hong Kong is going through a tough situation. A large section of the population of the Chinese city is at war with its central leadership.

Hong Kong was an overseas territory of the UK. The European country handed over the territory to China as part of an agreement.

Hong Kong inherited western democratic values from its colonial master. It declined to absorb the values of the new leadership.

Though China, while reaching the agreement with the UK, agreed to protect the values Hong Kong inherited from the European country, post the handing over of power it showed little interest to nourish the values.

The ongoing disturbance in Hong Kong is in reality a conflict between the two dominant value structures.

Recently, certain intellectuals likened the return of Alexei Navalny, the critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin, to the return of Lenin to Moscow ahead of the 1917 October Revolution, which overturned the history of the country.

Can Alexei be equated to Lenin is the big question at this juncture.

It is true that the popularity of Mr. Navalny outside Moscow has considerably increased lately. Earlier, Mr. Navalny was a leader whose influence was considered to the four wall of the capital city of Russia, Moscow.

It is also an undisputed fact that the acceptance of Mr. Navalny has grown outside the circle of youngsters. Earlier, the prime supporters of this opposition leader were youngsters who were angry with the authoritarian way they were ruled. The presence of people from all age groups in the protest developed in the aftermath of the arrest of the leader points to a fact that Mr. Navalny is no longer a leader of youth but is a leader who enjoys the support of all age groups.

Mr. Navalny is a very young leader. He has years before him. The graph of his political career has been steadily increasing since he entered into the turbulent platform in the year 2000.

A German court has awarded life imprisonment to a far-right leader who has been found guilty for the murder of a pro-migrant politician.

It is the first far-rightist murder crime that has been registered in the country since the year 1920.

The court has also given a punishment to another person in connection with the case. He has been awarded a suspended sentence in the case.

The development has triggered a serious discussion around the subject in the social media platforms.

The European country of Germany is struggling to cope with the rising strength of the far-rightist politics.

The rise of far-rightist politics is not just a German issue, but it is also a serious issue in the entire Europe.

Germany is a very powerful country. Once it was very close to the far-rightist ideology. But, the Second World War overturned the country’s attachment towards the ideology. Adolf Hitler was the last powerful proponent of the ideology. The contribution of this ideology towards the Second World War was very high. In a sense, this ideology was the one which fuelled the war, which brought havoc to the continent of Europe.

The Asian superpower of China has strongly denounced the European Union resolution against the crackdown launched against Hong Kong democratic activists by the Communist Country.

The Communist China has termed the resolution as an interference.

The resolution has been passed by the European Union Parliament. It has demanded sanctions against certain Chinese and Hong Kong officials.

Hong Kong was under the control of the UK. The region, which is situated close to China, was recently handed over to China.

Since the transfer of the territory, China has been slowly injecting its political thought into the region, which inherited a liberal political thought process from its former master.

It is not clear at this moment whether the issue will affect the relation between China and the European Union.

It is less likely China take up a tough retaliatory action against the European Union.

The EU and China maintain a deep economic tie. In that sense, both depend on each other.
